Cow activity data is monitored 24-hours a day with SCR's unique H-Tags™ which record cows' activity in two-hour blocks, providing highly detailed data on the cow's activity levels and their intensity.
Activity data is then analyzed by the system using proprietary algorithms which separates cow's day to day activity from estrus related activities.
Several keystrokes enable the viewing of a detailed graphic individual cow activity report on the screen for easy decision making- such as optimal time to inseminate.
The module also enables identification of cows with low activity and animals not displaying estrus signs to enable herd managers to promptly identify animals needing special attention.
