Product Features
Simple Mechanical Design- Our pulsators have only two moving parts, no membranes and no small parts to deal with. This considerably reduces pulsators breakdown and maintenance requirements.
Easy Pulse Monitoring- Equipped with a patented pneumatic monitor the pulsators can be visually monitored for a complete vacuum circuit and provides indication of the operation of the pulsator as well as other vacuum faults, such as disconnected pulsation or cracked liners.
Quick Coupling- The pulsator is connected to the vacuum line with a stall cock that enables quick and easy assembly or replacement during milking. Exhaust/ventilation can be conducted either through individual filters or through a central free-air pipe.
Stimulation-The pulsator operates at a high frequency leaving no time for the liner to collapse on the teat. As a result the milking action is minor and the pulsator vibrates to massage the teats and stimulate milk flow. This feature can be disabled, activated manually or activated automatically.
Flow Controlled Pulsation- Pulses dynamically change during milking in direct correlation to the milk flow. This feature enables long-stroke milking of higher milk-flow cows, reducing milking time, causing less irritation to the teat and teat-ends and minimal liner wear. Several options of flow controlled pulsation programs are available to choose from (only in MC200)
Vacuum Control- SCR™'s pulsators include a built-in vacuum controlled switch for easy integration in the milking parlor. The switch enables control of the pulsator with vacuum command through 6-9mm control tube connected to a nipple beneath the pulsator.
