Felipe joined the SCR team as Latin America Business Manager after many years of experience in the dairy industry at companies like GEA and DeLaval, most recently as Managing Director of Mexico and South Korea. His major career achievements so far include the implementation of new technologies for herd management and milking management, as well as the establishment of distribution channels. Felipe has a degree in Animal Science from the University of Chihuahua, Mexico.
Eli is responsible for SCR's development, IP management and technological scouting. He has over 22 years of management and development leadership of complex and multi-disciplinary systems and a proven record in delivering complex and innovative mixed solutions. Acting in a variety of technology and business environments, Eli contributed diverse know-how throughout the full life cycle of products. Prior to joining SCR, Eli served in senior management positions at Better Place, Cisco Systems, P-Cube, and Rockwell Semiconductors. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Biomedicine and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University.
Matteo has more than 12 years of experience in the international dairy business. Before joining SCR, he served as General Manager and Business Developer at Milkline, an Italian company specializing in milk-management products and solutions. Matteo is SCR's VP of the Cow Intelligence business, responsible for the Global Cow Intelligence business . Matteo holds a B.A. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Parma.
Oren joined SCR after more than 10 years at NICE Systems, where he served as VP EMEA. During that time, Oren was an instrumental member of a team that grew NICE's EMEA security business from a minimal volume to the tens of millions of dollars through the development of substantial end-user accounts, as well as global and local partnerships with distributors, value added resellers and systems integrators. He is highly experienced in product roadmap definitions, strategic planning, M&A, and marketing. At SCR, Oren is VP & GM of SCR Europe business and he is responsible for Sales Marketing and operations in Europe.
Yoav comes to SCR with 12 years’ experience in management positions in international companies and the beef industry. His most recent position, prior to joining SCR, was Director of Business Development at Sano, a major company producing health food for animals. Before that, he served for 10 years in marketing, business development and product development positions at DeLaval, a Swedish company that specializes in computerized dairy and farming machinery, and is a key SCR customer.
As Vice President of Operations, Shlomo is responsible for SCR’s operational and service activities, managing the Engineering, QA, IT, Procurement, Production, Warehouse and Logistics, Global Service and Site Management departments. He has over 25 years’ experience in development, engineering and operations capacities, in numerous technology companies, including VeriFone, SercoNet, Compulite, and Motorola, as well as in an intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces. Shlomo is also a partner in five patents in the field of communications. He studied Electronics Engineering at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and holds both a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Derby.
Ori has been with SCR since 2001, starting off as Export Manager, and promoted to VP Marketing and Sales in 2002 and today he is the VP of product marketing & business development. Ori has played a significant role in the rapid growth of SCR, helping to bring the company to a leading global position in key technologies that enhance the efficiency and profitability of dairy farms. Born on a kibbutz in Northern Israel, Ori started to milk cows at the age of 12 and ultimately became the Farm Manager. Before Joining SCR, Ori held different roles in both the IT and dairy sectors. Ori has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Rinat currently serves as SCR’s CFO. Prior to joining the company, she served as CFO at Elron. A seasoned and proficient senior financial executive (CPA), Rinat has broad experience in financial management, including strategic and business planning; financial and taxation aspects of M&A transactions; capital raising activities through U.S. and Israeli public markets; and investor relations. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University, and an M.B.A. from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
Tom joined the SCR team with more than two decades of experience in the dairy livestock industry. Previously, he led North American dairy sales and business development as the Global Dairy Product Manager for ABS Global. For eight years he was an independent consultant for animal health, animal identification, specialty feeds, and genetics companies. As the U.S. General Manager of SCR, Tom provides strategic direction in bringing innovative products and solutions to U.S. dairy producers. Tom grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm and graduated with a B.Sc. in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Iris manages all matters connected to human resources at SCR, including recruitment and placement, compensation, organizational development and training, employee welfare and internal communications, both in Israel and the U.S. Iris joined SCR with over 20 years of experience in HR. For five years prior to joining SCR she ran the Human Resources department at Nokia Siemens Networks Israel. Prior to that she served as Vice President of Human Resources of Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel Lucent). Iris has a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University, and an M.A. in Organizational Sociology from Bar Ilan University.
